Distances and routes
Every distance finishes at Peurunka spa hotel. You can ski classic or free technique on all of them.
50 km
The first 10 km loop through the hilly terrain of Vaajakoski and Halssila and come back past the start. From Huhtasuo onwards the course is the same as the 35 km: north along Metsoreitti via Ampujien maja and Vihtavuori to Peurunka.

The course leaves Vaajakoski heading straight north via Halssila and follows Metsoreitti through Ampujien maja and Vihtavuori to Peurunka.

The start is in Vihtavuori, Laukaa, and the course follows Metsoreitti past Haukilampi to Peurunka. Same finish and the same services as the longer distances.

Terrain
The course runs at about 100 to 180 metres above sea level. The hilliest part is the opening loop of the 50 km, around Vaajakoski and Halssila. From Huhtasuo onwards the course follows Metsoreitti to Peurunka.

If there isn’t enough snow
The course can be shortened or changed depending on the snow. In 2026 the longest distance was skied as 45 km and the short distance was moved to start in Vihtavuori. Decisions are posted in the news and on social media.
